How Bookings Work
Can Javi de Palma does not operate as an automatic booking accommodation.
We prefer to manage each stay directly, to make sure the house truly fits your needs and to offer you a carefully tailored experience from the very first contact.
The process is simple:
1. You tell us your preferred dates and a few details.
2. We check availability and conditions.
3. We get back to you personally with a final proposal.
The stay includes exclusive use of the entire villa, with a private pool and garden, as well as bed linen and towels, air conditioning, cleaning and maintenance, and direct support throughout your stay to ensure a comfortable and worry-free experience.
Indicative Prices by Week
Stays usually range from around €500 per night depending on season, with weekly rates from €3,150:
• May: €3,150
• June: €3,750
• July: €4,700
• August: €5,400
• September: €4,100
• October: €3,150
• Rest of the year: on request
Prices are indicative per week and are confirmed after direct contact.
Flexible stays: while the usual reference is a weekly stay, shorter stays may be possible depending on availability. Feel free to write to us, with no obligation.
