We prefer to manage each stay directly, to make sure the house truly fits your needs and to offer you a carefully tailored experience from the very first contact.

Pets are not allowed to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests.
Unfortunately, in order to maintain the condition of the house and ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at Can Javi de Palma.
It takes about 20 minutes by car from the port of La Savina.
Once you arrive at the port of La Savina, you will need to cross the island towards El Pilar de la Mola. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes. We recommend renting a car to move around the island comfortably during your stay.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
You don’t need to bring linen in your suitcase. At Can Javi de Palma we provide bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels, all prepared for your arrival to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.
Migjorn Beach and Es Caló de Sant Agustí are about 10–15 minutes away by car.
Thanks to our location in the higher part of the island, both Migjorn Beach and Es Caló de Sant Agustí are easily accessible. They are around 10–15 minutes away by car and offer beautiful, natural, and relatively uncrowded surroundings.
The village of El Pilar de la Mola is just a few minutes away by car and offers restaurants, bars, and a well-stocked supermarket.
The house enjoys a privileged location within the natural landscape of Formentera. Just a short drive away, El Pilar de la Mola offers local restaurants, quiet bars, and a supermarket for everyday shopping. For a wider range of options, Sant Francesc is about 20 minutes away.
The pool is 100% private and for the exclusive use of guests.
At Can Javi de Palma, no spaces are shared. The pool is completely private and intended solely for the enjoyment of guests staying at the house, ensuring peace and privacy at all times.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
To ensure the villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized, check-in starts at 5:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If your ferry schedule doesn't align with these times, please let us know in advance; we are happy to offer flexibility whenever our booking calendar allows.
