Where the villa is located
Can Javi de Palma is located in El Pilar de la Mola, one of the most peaceful, unspoilt and authentic areas of Formentera. A privileged setting surrounded by nature, perfect for those seeking tranquillity, space and a slower pace of life.

Nature, silence and space
The house is surrounded by unspoilt natural landscape, on the plateau of El Pilar de la Mola, located at around 190 metres above sea level, the highest point of Formentera. This elevation, together with the vast openness of the area, a territory of more than 10 km², ensures tranquillity, open views and a constant sense of space and freedom.
Thanks to its altitude and orientation, the area is several degrees cooler than other parts of the island, especially in summer, and has fewer mosquitoes, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor spaces more comfortably throughout the day.
The surroundings are ideal for walking or cycling, with routes that cross open countryside, rural paths and the cliffs of La Mola, one of Formentera’s most iconic landscapes. Nearby are the La Mola Lighthouse and the Molí Vell de la Mola, landmarks that reflect the historical and agricultural character of the area.
Just a few minutes away lies the village of El Pilar de la Mola, a small and peaceful settlement with just over 300 inhabitants, preserving a strong local identity. It offers quality local restaurants, small shops, essential services and the well-known artisan market, one of the most traditional on the island.
